Our experienced professionals are led by Dr. Patel, who is board-certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology. This means he is both a skin doctor and a pathologist, a unique combination that enables him to see patients and examine biopsies to provide the most accurate diagnoses

Samir B Patel, MD

Dr. Patel is a dual board certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. He is a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology. He founded The Dermatology Group (formerly Advanced Dermatology and Dermatopathology) in 2004. He is passionate about finding the precise diagnosis for every patient and goes the extra mile to ensure patients are served well.

Mohammad Diab, MD

Dr. Diab is a board-certified dermatologist with years of experience. He is a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology & member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He concentrates on & has a particular passion for surgical dermatology such as treatment of skin cancers,  treatment of psoriasis, eczema, acne, as well as lupus, dermatomyositis, bullous pemphigoid, & nail and hair diseases. He looks forward to serving patients at The Dermatology Group.

Jessica Perkins, DO

Nicole Warner, MD

Nancy Hogan is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in dermatology. Nancy joins us with 17 ½ years of experience practicing in dermatology. Prior to dermatology, she practiced several years in Family Practice which included correctional facilities, Planned Parenthood, and a long term care facility. As a registered nurse, she worked five years in the emergency department at Southview/Grandview hospitals. Nancy is skilled with routine skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and formulating the assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans for chronic and episodic skin conditions. Nancy looks forward to serving her patients and continuing care in a field she enjoys with The Dermatology Group.
